About Me

I joined the Aquilla ISD Family in August 2006. Being a part of this amazing district continues to be one of my life's greatest joys. All three of my sons graduated from Aquilla, one of my daughters-in-law teaches here, and my oldest grandson is a student here, as well.   I served as the AISD school librarian for nine years before becoming the administrative assistant, a job that is innovative, dynamic, and fluid.  Serving on the Aquilla Education Foundation board provides another opportunity to serve others and give back to the community that has done so much for me and my family.
